Off the Couch is a GREAT sports idea from Girlguiding Midlands. It's to give everyone a chance to take part in different sporting activities over the next two years.

The activities camp for Brownies was held at Beaudesert Camp Site in Staffordshire in May.
Despite the rain we're told the Brownies had a great time.
